If the equipment does not meet your expectations, you may return it within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund. Return transportation costs are fully covered by Tech Merx, ensuring a truly risk-free purchasing experience.

Every unit is thoroughly inspected and serviced prior to sale, so returns are rare – but the guarantee provides additional peace of mind and reflects our commitment to transparency, quality, and customer confidence.

How do I return equipment if I'm not satisfied?

If your equipment does not meet your expectations, simply contact Tech Merx before 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time on the fourteenth day following delivery to initiate a return.

Our team will promptly coordinate the return logistics, arrange transportation, and process a full refund. All return shipping costs are fully covered by Tech Merx, making the process straightforward and stress-free.

Whether it’s a refund or an exchange for a different machine we will work with you until you are fully happy with your purchase. We aim to resolve every case efficiently and professionally, ensuring a smooth experience from initial purchase through final resolution.

What transportation options do you offer?

Tech Merx provides professional nationwide equipment transportation using specialized trailer types selected based on machine size, weight, and safety requirements.

We utilize:

RGN (Removable Gooseneck) Trailers

Designed for oversized and heavy equipment such as large excavators, dozers, and high-clearance machinery. This trailer allows ground-level loading for maximum stability and safety.

Step Deck Trailers

Ideal for mid-size machines including tractors, and medium excavators.

Flatbed Trailers

Best suited for skid steers, compact track loaders, other compact equipment and attachments, providing efficient transport for lighter machinery and short-to-medium haul shipments.
